FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to pay postage?
Yes. We can’t afford to pay for your postage. We’re a tiny charity run entirely by volunteers and don’t have the budgets that larger charities do.
Do you accept broken gadgets?
Yes absolutely. We can accept your smart phones, watches, laptops etc. – working or not – as long as they can be repaired.
Should I include charging leads?
Please do include these if the items are in working condition, but this is optional as we can accept your gadgets without them.
